Publication of the 2nd Adapation to regulation CLP

The 30th of March 2011, The European Commission published regulation 286/2011, the second Adaptation to Technical Progress modifying regulation 1272/2008 (CLP).

This ATP shall apply in respect of substances from 1 December 2012 and in respect of mixtures from 1 June 2015

It introduces in particular the following changes::

• The pictogram "Exclamation point" is added to hazard classe 5.1 "Hazardous to the ozone layer"
• 4 substances are updated in annex VI
